Belgium: World Cup 2014 Dark Horses.

A lot many have already placed bets on Belgium to succeed in Brazil, and its true. The ‘Rode Duivels’ who have shown their promising performance in the qualifiers are in their golden generation of most talented players the country has ever produced, with the English League talents like Moussa Dembélé, Eden Hazard and skipper Vincent Kompany. Most of them are young players who have another year to get to their potential bests.

Unlike the other nations in the lot, Belgium have developed a very strong squad when it comes to  both skill and depth. Almost every single player of the national team plays for a top team in a top league. Finally it will all unfold in the hands of Marc Wilmots to produce a side which can challenge the top nations in the world and to succeed in the tournament.

Defense having even more potential with Thomas Vermaelen and Vincent Kompany both strong in deck as well as in air with an additional support of Jan Vertonghen. Axel Witsel and Marouane Fellaini providing the muscle in the deep midfield supporting extremely talented Kevin de Bruyne, Eden Hazard and Dries Mertens. And when it comes to striking options Coach is not short of options with young talents like Christian Benteke or Romelu Lukaku, who have already proved themselves at the top level.
