'Ciao Capitano' - One Last Time Michael Ballack.

Tonight will feature one of the fan's most favourite midfielder who has ever played the beautiful game. Michael Ballack will take the center stage for one last time in his career. Who won 3 FA Cups and a Premier League title, 4 Bundesliga titles, 3 German Pokal Cups, German genius is ready to sizzle with his soccer kit later tonight in Leipzig.



There can be no doubt that the former Chelsea midfielder will go down as one of the greatest players in German football history, and has left behind uncountable moments for both, country and clubs.
Ballack’s testimonial match tonight will feature two teams – ‘The World XI’ and ‘Ballack and Friends’. These are the possible line ups expected for the game.

The World XI - Lehmann, Weidenfeller, Adebayor, Berbatov, R. Carvalho, Emerson, Essien, Matthäus, Malouda, Lahm, Nedved, Kuka, Schewtschenko, Mahdavikia and Drogba.

To add icing on the cake for the event, this team will be coached by Jose Mourinho.

Ballack and Friends - Adler, Buhler, Frings, Glöckner, Hamann, Hertzsch, Jancker, Kirsten, Klose, Marschall, Mertesacker, Neuendorf, Neuville, Salihamidzic, Schneider, 'Michael Schumacher', Schurrle, Sam, Tetzner, Wörns.

Ballack's team will be coached by Rudolf ‘Rudi’ Völler.

The event has been named as “Ciao Capitano. A world-class evening with Ballack & Friends”.
It is expeected Joachim Low will be present at the game, despite all their mutual problems. One of the crucial person who made this event possible was Bastian Schweinsteiger.  However, because of an unfortunate injury, Schweinsteiger will have to miss this game, with John Terry and Frank Lampard who are not fit too. Michael Schumacher will be the only non-football player to feature tonight. 

“I want to play a bit in both teams, but my fitness levels will decide that”  Ballack to the press earlier. It will be an very emotional match for Michael Ballack but an spectacular farewell game for the world to watch.
